It’s easy to compare, contrast, and narrate every bit of your life when you’re living under a microscope. So we stepped into our hermit era — disconnected, recentered, getting a little clearer on the mission.
Our personal revolution won’t be televised. You won’t see the totality of us, just enough vulnerability to feed the famished algorithm, with something more honest underneath it. Here’s some sweet summer moments, a real token of gratitude for rocking with us since the beginning, and sticking around through the quiet.

Ease into your week with a new Sunday Wellness experience hosted by Le Trois & TADAA Coffee, with special guest

Every last Sunday of the month, we’re shifting from yoga into a more expansive flow — a blend of intentional movement, meditation, sound bath, apothecary goods, coffee, and community vibes. It’s a soft landing for your nervous system and a grounded start to your week.

Location: Happier Café by .coffee
Parking is available next door at Lewis MacAdams Park (no parking inside the Happier Camper lot).

Once parked:
Head to the left side of the park toward the LA River bike path. Make a right - the café entrance is the first stop along the path.

🌿 Foraging Hike + Tea Ceremony

We’re teaming up with our friends from NY , a social outdoor club, to bring a grounded wellness experience to the San Gabriel Mountains

Together, we’ll move through shaded canyon trails, learn to identify native medicinal plants, and practice conscious, respectful foraging. We’ll then gather in circle with US (Llo and Liz of Lé Trois Apothecary) for an intentional tea ceremony, including:

• Herbal & plant education
• Group grounding, smoke bath + meditation
• Intentional curated tea
• A closing release ritual

Calming, connective, and nourishing for mind and body.
