Joker Party Supply is a family-run business that started in 1995 by an Armenian man who came to America to build a better life for his family. In the streets of Downtown LA, the store initially started as a humble little establishment with some paper goods and balloons. More than 25 years later, it’s over 5 times its original size and carries over 200 different party themes, aisles of top brand balloons, piñatas, and has evolved into one of the largest of its kind in not only Los Angeles, but nationwide. JPS plays an active role in its community, helping churches, schools and non-profit organizations all year round. Joker Party Supply’s family-like environment makes it a home away from home for not only its employees but its customers as well. Come and see for yourself why everyone loves Joker and we’ll make sure to include you to our big family!

We offer the largest selection of both licensed and non-licensed character and themes in town. Our balloon section is incredibly huge and our prices are way lower than the suggested retail price. We have a very large selection of decorations, accessories, and pinatas for every season, including Valentine's Day, Mardi Gras, St. Patrick's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Graduation, 4th of July, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years Eve. We are conveniently located in downtown and are freeway close. Wholesale and retail customers welcome.
