The FSP is ‘Welcome Home, Sister’ by director/producer Emma Spencer and producer Greg Little, EP. ‘Welcome Home, Sister’ is an upcoming feature documentary about Penni Evans, a former American Red Cross Donut Dollie whose story reveals the overlooked history of the civilian women who served alongside U.S. troops during the Vietnam War.
