At ETI, we're passionate about creating opportunities for the next generation.
That's why we're proud to support programs like the Heavy Metal Summer Experience Heavy Metal Summer Experience , which gives students hands-on exposure to the skilled trades and a firsthand look at the rewarding careers available in our industry. By opening our doors to young people, we hope to inspire future electricians, introduce them to apprenticeship pathways, and show them what's possible through hard work, training, and dedication.
