Going through my home medical kit with my family. It's important that they know what we have and where to find it. Mind you our kids are not going to administer first aid to us if something were to happen. But they could share these items with another adult or first responder. My wife and I are using our downtime to take online first aid training. I am certified and have taken multiple courses but it never hurts to learn more and brush up!

Face Mask Kits:
My hat is off to everyone at the for turning their assembly line into something that can make a huge difference during this pandemic. Pro tip: Their garden towers are amazing and great for folks with little space for a full garden. I will be buying one of those just to show my support for this company. I just ordered my face mask kit so I can have extra masks around if this continues. The link to these kits is in my bio. 👊
The kits are affordable and they sell family packs. Swipe through the photos and you can see what comes in the kit. Remember you need to pick the correct materials for you home made masks. Do some research and get your masks made!! You also need to follow proper mask practices so you do not bring viruses back into your home. Wash your hands and masks after every use!

Just got my new EDC light. I have had my last Fenix light for over three years and it still works great. This one came with a rechargeable battery and USB charging port. It also puts out 1600 lumens!! I am pumped for this edition to my EDC. I use a flashlight daily in my normal job but for now this bad boy is just going to have to brighten up my quarantine!

The knife sharpening continues!
I am using a tri Stone to sharpen all of my kitchen knives. I presoak the stone for about 10 minutes and then keep it wet during the sharpening process. It has three sides: Course, medium, and fine. With every knife I am learning...🔪🔪🔪

If you’re at home and you haven’t planted your garden you need to get out side and plant some sh !
This is a test pull of our carrots, we will let the rest grow a little longer, and these guys will be dinner tonight. One of the best preps you can do is to plant a garden. If you have a small balcony, you can plant a garden. Get rid of excuses and plant something today!!!
