🌿 Indoor Plant Sale + Fresh Eggs! 🪴🥚

It’s been a while back, but I mentioned that I would be posting some of my indoor plants for sale, and I finally got a group together! 🪴 Each photo will have the plant name, description, and price listed underneath, so be sure to scroll through and take a look. If you see something you want, just comment or send me a message!

As for the Pathos & Pickin’s stand, she is currently under construction. 😅 Between all of the summer storms and crazy winds we’ve had, the poor stand has been knocked over several times — even after moving it underneath the carport! A few of the posts now need to be replaced, and I’m working on figuring out a better way to reinforce it so it can stand up to our Virginia weather a little better. 😂🌧️

In the meantime, I figured this was the perfect opportunity to offer some of my indoor plants! I also have quite a few propagations growing right now, so if anyone would be interested in me making a separate post with those for sale, let me know! 🌱

🥚 FRESH EGGS ARE ALSO AVAILABLE!
I currently have 6 dozen fresh eggs available for $5/dozen. These eggs have not been cleaned, so they can be counter or shelf stable for several weeks! They are just laid within the last week.

Thank you all for continuing to support my little plant-and-pickin’ adventure, even while the stand gets a much-needed makeover. Life’s been so busy and hectic while I’m in a phase of growth and recovery. I’m hoping to have her stronger, sturdier, and back in action soon!

Thanks for following me, I look forward to hearing from you! 🤍

It’s a beautiful morning here on Ellisville Drive at the plant stand, and I have something NEW to share! 🥚🐔

I now have fresh, locally raised, farm eggs available on the stand for $5 a dozen! These eggs are unwashed and were just recently laid the last week of July, making them as fresh as they come.

One of the best things about fresh eggs is that, because they haven’t been washed, they don’t need to be refrigerated until they’re cleaned and can stay fresh for weeks when stored properly. It’s one of my favorite perks of buying locally!

I’m also working on getting more plants rehabilitated and added to the stand. 🌿 I will be open this weekend, Friday through Sunday, dawn till dusk. If you’ve been waiting for some new greenery, stop by!

And for those who love my houseplants, I’ll be posting some of my indoor plants for sale this Sunday—including a few that don’t usually make it out to the stand because they just do better strictly indoors. 👀🪴

As always, thank you so much for supporting my little stand and shopping local. I appreciate every visit, every share, and every kind word. I hope to see you soon! 💚

🌿 We’re back! And we’re getting better! 🌿

Pathos & Pickin’s will be back open tomorrow! 💚

Last week’s storm really did my plant stand in! 😅 So I’ve decided to move everything underneath the carport in my driveway. This should also help protect the plants from too much sun and keep them safe from the weather.

I know it’s supposed to be rainy tomorrow, but don’t let that stop you—the stand is covered! ☔🌱 I’d love for you to stop by and see what’s new.

This round I’ve added:
🪴 Some fun larger plants
🌿 A new potting soil mix the houseplants love
🪞 And a few unique antique treasures!
🐓 Cali’s favorite treats to share with your dogs, chicken feet!

The wood glue didn’t fix my broken stand quite as well as I had hoped, but it’s holding together well enough until I can get it properly repaired. Thank you all for your patience and support while I get everything back in shape!

As always, thank you for supporting my little dream. I will be working on creating pricing labels tonight, and placing them on for first thing in the morning! A money box is attached to the side of the plant stand If you prefer to pay cash, but I also have QR codes to pay virtually!

Im hopefully for this reopening, and I can’t wait to see what finds a new home this week! Here’s to doing what I love, and loving what I do. 💚

Well… Mother Nature had other plans for me. 🌧️💨

I had my plant stand tucked safely under the carport while I was in the process of getting new plants ready to stock it. Unfortunately, last night’s storm was strong enough to blow everything over, and my stand ended up breaking. 😭

Thankfully, it looks like it should be a fairly easy fix, but because of that, I most likely won’t be opening this weekend. I’ll be sure to keep everyone updated here on my page, and if I’m able to get everything repaired sooner than expected, I’ll do a soft opening and let you all know! Thanks

On another note, I’ve been thinking about expanding the stand a little! I’d love to partner with other small businesses to add more variety for everyone who stops by. I already have a cooler available for baked goods, but I’m open to other locally made products as well. If you’re a small business owner and might be interested in having your items featured at the stand every now and again, please send me a direct message—I would love to chat!

Thank you all so much for your continued support and patience. I can’t wait to get everything back up and running! 🪴💚

🌿 A little life update from Pathos & Pickin’s 🌿

It’s hard to believe it’s been about a month since the stand has been open.

Life has brought a lot of unexpected, life-changing events my way over the past several weeks, and I’ve had to take a step back to focus on what mattered most. While it wasn’t the break I had planned, sometimes life reminds us that it’s okay to slow down and give ourselves grace.

This week, I also started my very first week as a Registered Nurse. 💙 It has been such a dream come true, and I couldn’t have made it here without the incredible support system I’m blessed to have. These beautiful flowers from my friends were such a thoughtful reminder that I have some truly amazing people cheering me on, and my heart is so full.

To everyone who has checked in on me, supported my small business, and patiently waited for the stand to reopen—thank you. It means more than you know.

Over the next week or two, I’ll be giving all of my plants the love and attention they deserve, getting everything refreshed, and preparing the stand to open back up. I can’t wait to get back to doing something that brings me so much joy and to share that with all of you again.

Thank you for sticking with me through this season of life. I have a feeling there are brighter days ahead, and I can’t wait to see you all back at the stand soon. 🌿🤍

Happy Monday, friends! 🌿☀️

The stand will actually be open most day this week, and I’ll be sure to post any updates I have right here on my page. 🥰

With some very hot temperatures expected toward the end of the week, I don’t want my plants sitting out long enough to become stressed out or too dry. I’d much rather keep them happy and healthy than risk them in the heat! I check on them each day after I get home from work, and so far they’ve been doing pretty good! 🌱

I also know it’s a holiday week, and many of you will be spending time with family and friends. If you’re out and about, I’d love for you to stop by the stand and see what’s new! I added a few more plants over the weekend, and I truly believe there is a little something for everyone, from each level of plant care!

Over the next week or so, I’ll also be working on acclimating even more plants to handle life outdoors. Once this heat wave passes, I’ll have even more beauties ready to add to the stand!

And one more thing… 👀 If you’d be interested in seeing what I have inside that hasn’t made it to the stand yet, and that you want to be able to just take from house to home, please let me know! I’d be happy to make a post featuring some of those plants too. Just comment “PLANTS PLS”!

Thank you all so much for supporting Pathos & Pickin’s 🤍🪴

All forms of payment accepted! This is so no plant left behind 🥰
