I am a one woman show right now because my daddy is dying from cancer and so my mom and son are taking care of him and so if I have an emergency, I’m sorry it will put off your flower arrangement. Also, I do not deliver any flower arrangements until I get in touch with the person who is to receive the flowers also understand that if something comes up with an emergency with my family, it is always going to take precedence as for me the health and well-being of my family as well as my employees that I used to have before I had to get rid of them due to an embezzling Employee - has always meant more to me than money so if you cannot understand that Im probably not the florist for you. I’m not going to leave anybody’s flowers out in the heat and I’m not gonna make delivery if I can’t get in touch with them and if I have an emergency, it may put your delivery off until the emergency is taken care of and if you cannot understand that then I am probably not the Florist for you. however, if you come at me and decide that I need to make your Flower delivery at a time that I’m not open then I’m sorry if my timeline doesn’t suit you most deliveries are made late afternoon or early evening because not anybody is hardly home during the day. however, if you make an arrangement for flowers to be delivered ahead of time, I will do it during my off hours if it is possible to get in touch with the recipient and certainly if it is funeral flowers, they will get delivered in the timely manner whether it is during my open hours or not I don’t miss deadlines for funerals however, if you behave in a manner that I find abusive or just flat out obnoxious, I will place you on a list of not to ever take orders to be delivered to you again I dealt with such a person earlier today because my dog went missing yesterday in all that heat and that dog saved me from an abusive ex and the judge gave me custody of this dog when she convicted him of assault and battery. This dog means more to me the most of the people on this planet and I got heat exhaustion from trying to find my dog and my dog got home after midnight last night suffering from heat exhaustion. I’m following what the vet said I’m not taking her out in the heat of the day today I have to keep her with me because she needs to be watched but for me to be told that if I didn’t deliver Flowers by noon, which I don’t even open till noon that they’re gonna give me a bad name in their community and so forth I say go for it. I don’t care anymore if that’s how you wanna conduct your life then you go right ahead I have placed your pictures of the text messages so that when you see a bad review from this person, you will know that this person who was not my customer was flat out obnoxious and demanding and determined that I was not going to follow what the vet said about my dog or what the doctor said about me from the heat exhaustion and come out in the heat of the day to deliver her flowers so you can make your own mind up if that makes me not the florist for you. I’m OK with that. I appreciate everybody’s support but I am not the person who is going to take this kind of Karen attitude from anybody. I will not take bad entitled behavior and you will not tell me when I will be delivering flowers after I’ve stated when I am able to deliver. I’ll tell you when it’s available for me to deliver based on my health and my family because family is all you’ve got at the end so I hope everybody has a happy Fourth of July and that they don’t have to deal with the same kind of person that I had to deal with earlier today.
