“For the first time in my working career, I have an opportunity to work within my community, work with different business partners within my community, and serve my neighbors,” Lyle said.

His background taught him the importance of anticipating problems, communicating clearly and putting the customer first, an approach he now brings to homeowners throughout DFW.

After 30 years behind a computer, Craig Rechenmacher was ready for something different.

Now, he’s bringing Footprints Floors to southwest Phoenix.

Craig’s career included video-game marketing, tech startups, and years spent behind a screen. Eventually, he began thinking about what he wanted the next stage of life to look like.

“I really had to look at not just the next chapter of my life, but maybe a new book,” Craig said.

He wanted something more hands-on — a chance to meet people, work face-to-face, and build something of his own. Just as importantly, he loved the idea of creating a business his seven-year-old son could experience alongside him.

“I’m really looking forward to getting out, meeting people, and actually exploring the valley,” he said. “I thought this could be a really fun way for my son and I to spend summers together.”

We’re excited to welcome Craig to the Footprints Floors family and to see him begin serving homeowners throughout southwest Phoenix.
