Well of course Christmas is my favorite time of year and although I'm very busy with everything at the North Pole I find time for my hobbies and one of those is soap making. We sell a variety of finished ceramics, mostly holiday pieces and we do have pieces that are ready to paint.

Well, look who finally showed up for cocoa. 😂

October.

I had every intention of sitting down with you sooner, but goodness gracious, the calendar seems to have gotten away from me!

One minute we were enjoying the last bits of summer, and the next thing I know, there are pumpkins everywhere, the leaves are changing, and someone at the North Pole has started asking where I put the Christmas ribbon.

(For the record, I know exactly where it is...
.. Probably.)

October has always felt like a little doorway to me. We’ve started enjoying the cozy things of fall, but there's just the tiniest whisper of Christmas beginning to sneak in around the edges.

And you know me...

I don't mind one bit. 🎄

So, grab yourself a cup of something warm and settle in with me. We've got lots to talk about between now and Christmas.

Now tell me—what's your favorite thing about October? The crisp air? The pumpkins? The changing leaves? Halloween?

Well, would you look at that... Christmas has started sneaking into the soap kitchen. 🎄🧼
Mrs. Claus has been keeping a few secrets under her apron, but I think it's time to let some of them out!

Meet three of the new soaps joining the Mrs. Claus lineup:

👻 Scary Ghost Stories — a little spooky, a little cozy, and just right for settling in with a good tale.

🍎 Spiced Apple Cheer — warm, cheerful, and full of that something wonderful spicy feeling.

🌲 Christmas Garland — because no Christmas kitchen is complete without the scent of the tree and a little holiday magic.

You know what I've been thinking about lately?

Sometimes the very best things in life are the simplest ones.

A warm cup of cocoa.
A quiet morning.
A favorite book.
A good conversation.
A freshly made bar of soap waiting beside the sink. 🧼❤️

We spend so much time hurrying from one thing to the next that it's easy to forget to enjoy the little moments right in front of us.

So today, I'm reminding myself—and perhaps you, too—to slow down.

Take a breath.

Enjoy your cocoa.

And let yourself appreciate something small and ordinary that makes your day just a little sweeter.
