The strongest customer relationships aren't built during routine transactions. They're built in the moments that matter most.
Recently, our CEO, Philip Bennett, received a text from a customer whose water heater failed on a Saturday morning. When the customer needed help, Nick Allen stepped up and made sure they were taken care of.
The customer's message said it best:
"My water heater went out this morning, and Nick really helped me out. That's why you guys have my business for life. Thanks again for caring about your customers. It means more than you'll ever know."
Philip wanted to recognize this interaction because it reflects a belief that has guided our company for generations: put the customer first, no matter the time, day, or circumstance.
That mindset was established by our founder, Everett Eckart, and seeing it carried forward by the next generation of Eckart Supply team members is something we're incredibly proud of. Moments like these aren't just great customer service. They're proof that our culture and values continue to live on through the people who represent Eckart Supply every day.
Thank you, Nick, for going above and beyond, and thank you to our customers for the trust you place in us.
If an Eckart Supply team member has made a positive impact on your business, project, or day, we'd love to hear your story. Share your testimonial with us so we can celebrate the employees who are carrying forward our legacy of putting customers first.
