We are excited to be partnering with Actors for the 26-27 season. We have some fun things in the works. We will keep you posted!!

Actors Theatre of Louisville has announced its 2026–27 season, featuring the suspense and comedy of Baskerville: A Sherlock Holmes Mystery, the return of the Halloween favorite Dead as a Dodo, Louisville's beloved A Christmas Carol, the Pulitzer Prize-winning Primary Trust, and the Storytelling Revolution Festival.

The season announcement also includes the launch of Summer Camp at Actors Theatre, a new educational initiative designed to inspire middle and high school students through hands-on theatre experiences. The program will provide students with opportunities to explore performance, storytelling, collaboration, and creative expression alongside theatre professionals.

From unforgettable productions on stage to meaningful opportunities behind the scenes, the 2026–27 season is a celebration of storytelling in all its forms.

Season subscriptions are available now. Which production are you most excited to see?

Introducing our new line!
Cask & Flame
I'm very proud to announce the new official Shell-Bee's line Cask & Flame. This line is for all of the bourbon smoked seasonings going forward. But don't worry its still the same great taste, just a new look. This change helps differentiate the products and gives a more rememberable look to our product. The name of the line Cask & Flame also serves to give an idea of what the product is. I hope you like the new look as much as I do. I'd love to hear your thoughts in the comments.

It’s Small Business Saturday and we restocked the Unicorn Cabinet. Just had a Stagg Junior go home with a happy customer.

What else is in there? The only way to find out is to come down!

Hope you can join us! A perfect time to start your holiday shopping. We will have other small businesses joining us this Saturday.

So…day is off to a good start. Went down to open our Main Street store so I could cover in case voting took anyone longer than they expected. Then I realized I had never put the new key in my key ring and hadn’t needed it for months so I sort of lost track of where it is.

But, I am sipping on a nice Americano and enjoying the day while being prepared to tell people, “Sorry…we will be delayed opening because I am an idiot.”

I figure most of my friends will know who we are, but Cathy earned some devoted fans over the years and they may not know us yet.

Please like the new page if you want to keep up with our efforts to keep a great group of products available.

Okay…the joy of Facebook means we need to start over with the business page for Shell-Bee’s spices. I have to figure out how to like my own page again so I see what we post.

If you’re interested in seeing how this venture develops, please give this page a like.
