Bookseller Amy recommends Breathe a Rainbow, written and illustrated by Julie Koon. Read Amy's review of this interactive board book below! 🌈

"This is an adorable introduction to mindful breathing! More and more I think about the importance of teaching kids emotional regulation through breathe and mindfulness. But as an adult reading this book it was still calming and cute! Perfect for tough moments where kids and caregivers need to take a breath!"

Bookseller Kaye is pictured here posing with a book that has faced challenges in several states-- Bathe the Cat, written by AliceB. McGinty, illustrated by David Roberts--and a board book about the topic--Baby's First Book of Banned Books, illustrated by Laura Korzon.

Learn more about the issue and find actions to take at bannedbooksweek.org.
