There are two carports available for lease at the market currently. The carport with two spaces is $300 monthly. If you rent an additional third space, the rent is $350 monthly. It is also possible to rent extra spaces surrounding the carport for an additional fee. The lease is for 12 months. Please let us know if you have any interest. We welcome new vendors.

2025 VENDOR PRICING: As we approach our busy season, we would like to thank our dedicated customers and vendors for a very successful 2024. It was definitely a breakout year for us, and we are very grateful. We are hoping for an even bigger and better 2025 with additional food trucks and vendors. Great news! The daily vendor prices will remain the same for 2025. The first four rows from the street and the long side row are $25 per spot. Other daily spots are $20. There is a $5 discount for the second spot only. Produce and animal sales start at $25. Food trucks are $100 for one space and $20 for each additional spot taken. Customers, if you have a favorite food truck that has not set up at the market yet, please invite them to join us. We also welcome new vendors. The nicer weather will bring out bigger crowds, which is good for everyone. Thank you again for helping us to have such an amazing 2024. We look forward to seeing everyone soon and making 2025 our best year yet.

I would like to address the rumors going around and set the record straight. Green Acres is very much "open" and will continue to be so for the foreseeable future. I am proudly continuing our family legacy, as we continue to make the market bigger and better than ever. Please do not believe the rumors and lies of unreliable people. The only reliable information regarding Green Acres comes from myself and our manager, Dan. Green Acres is currently thriving and we are looking forward to a long, bright future. Let's pack the place this Sunday and celebrate my mom. Thanks to her dedication and loyalty, Green Acres has survived and progressed. As she liked to say, "Green Acres is the place to flea". It is with a heavy heart that I say that my mom and Green Acres Flea Market owner, Carole Zwick Mandel, passed away peacefully on Saturday night. Green Acres was an absolute highlight in her life. She carried on our family legacy with class, dignity, dedication, loyalty, and fight. She loved her time at the market, talking, laughing, and getting to know our customers and vendors. She even coined the perfect phrase, "Green Acres is the place to flea". We all owe her our debt of gratitude for keeping Green Acres going and in the manner in which it was intended. I will proudly carry the torch as we continue to make Green Acres bigger and better than ever. Please keep her and our family in your prayers and do a good deed in her honor. She will be dearly missed by many, none more than me.

Food Trucks: We are excited to see the increase in the number of food trucks at the market. On busy days, we currently have approximately ten. We would like to continue to add trucks to our dedicated food truck area. If you have a food truck with a current health department permit, we welcome you to join us. If you are a customer, please encourage your favorite food trucks to come to the market. The cost is $100 for one food truck spot and $20 for each additional space taken for seating, tents, etc. Thank you for your loyalty and support and helping us to continue getting bigger and better.

Vendor Pricing Updated: As of April 1st, 2024, the following vendor pricing will apply. The daily rate for the first four rows (closest to the street) and the extended side row will be $25 per spot ($20 for a second spot). All other daily spots will remain at $20 ($15 for a second spot). The daily spots are 15 X 15 (with limited exceptions). The food truck pricing will remain the same. It is $100 per day for one food truck spot and $20 for each additional space taken. All food trucks must provide a current health department permit. The following prices are for the vendor sales of automobiles, boats, motorcycles, and RVs: automobiles and motorcycles $25, boats and RVs $75. We are looking forward to the start our busy season, which is just around the corner. We welcome back past vendors and happily welcome new vendors and food trucks. We will see you all soon and remember, "Green Acres is the place to flea".

We are now making the slab area, where the building was formerly located, available for lease. We are seeking one dedicated business/ vendor for the entire area. The lessee could potentially lease the side parking lot area as well. The slab itself is approximately 72,400SF. It is ideal for storage, trailers, RVs, etc. Although we are seeking a long term lease, we may be open to temporary leases as well. Please DM for additional information. We want to wish everyone who celebrates a very Merry Christmas. We appreciate all of our loyal vendors and customers who have stood by and supported us during a difficult year. We look forward to a successful, exciting 2024 with new vendors, past vendors returning, and additional food trucks. We wish you all a healthy, happy, peaceful, and successful new year.
