Running a small business is hard. I spend way too much time overthinking my captions. I pay my quarterly taxes late 😅 I promise things and then forget them. Tonight as I snuggled my sweet 3 year old in bed she said to me, “pretty soon I’ll be a grown up!” and with tears welling up in my eyes I said, “I know, baby girl.”

Even though I’ve only been a mother for 3 years, it feels like I’ve already lived a lifetime of love (and stress and tears and frustration 🙃) with my sweet girl. Yet it feels like yesterday she was this sleepy, brand new squish resting in my arms and keeping me up all night.

Motherhood is the most rewarding and most challenging job I’ve had the privilege of doing. I thank God he gave me such a gift ❤️
