When booking our Rental Space you agree to the following,
Property Rules:
-All businesses and individuals agree to follow all city, state, and federal laws.
-All businesses and individuals agree to have all required licenses and permits required by the state of Kentucky and Louisville Metro.
-No Tacks no tape! You cannot tape or hang things on the windows or walls.
-Renter is responsible for any damage caused to the property during their rental period.
-Late checkouts will be charged $50 per 30 mins.
**This is not an event venue, loud music and large crowds are prohibited.
Violation of these rules result in immediate removal from property (Rental payment will not be refunded).
Cancelation Policy: 50% Refund if cancel before 14 days of rental date. No Refunds if within 14 days of rental date. Guest may opt for a rental credit instead of partial refund. All rental credits expire 1 year from original booking date. A rental credit cannot be refunded and date cannot be rescheduled once booked.
