Oh, honey… you know we had to have this sweet find! 🍯🇫🇷

We came across this beautiful vintage honey pot while sourcing in Avignon France, and it was one of those pieces we simply couldn’t leave behind.

Honey pots have been used for centuries to store and serve one of the world’s oldest sweeteners. Over time, these practical vessels became charming pieces of tableware, crafted in ceramic, pottery, glass, and stoneware with lids designed to protect the honey inside.

Today, vintage honey pots are collected for their unique shapes, beautiful details, and the sweet glimpse they offer into everyday life from another time.

Our hearts were plaid over these!❤️

These antique Scottish tartan cigarette cards were an estate sale find we simply had to have!

Produced between the early 1900s and 1930s, cigarette cards were originally tucked inside cigarette packs to reinforce the packaging. They quickly became one of the first collectible trading cards, with people eagerly collecting and trading complete sets.

This series celebrates Scotland’s rich clan heritage, with each card featuring a different tartan alongside a historical figure. Once tucked into albums and swapped among collectors, these little cards are now treasured for their beautiful graphics, fascinating history, and timeless charm.

Treasure hunting is always an adventure… and sometimes it feels like stepping into another era. ✨🤍

This estate sale in the heart of Ponte Vedra, Florida was hosted inside a 1942 Sears Roebuck log cabin. The homeowners had been caretakers for an antique shop owner, and every room was filled with incredible pieces and stories from the past. It truly felt like stepping back in time.

I couldn’t leave without an English biscuit jar, beautiful framed artwork, vintage mirror risers, and a collection of English hyacinth bulb cups. They’re already some of my favorite finds from the trip! ✨

What do you wear for 15+ hour days of antique sourcing in the South of France? 🇫🇷 Watch to see!

The French have effortless style, so I always try to look the part while dressing for the reality of the trip. That means outfits comfortable enough for miles of walking, climbing through markets, warehouses, and private collections, yet polished enough for professional antique fairs and charming village brocantes. On this most recent trip, it also meant staying cool in 100+ degree temperatures. 🥵

Think breathable fabrics, comfortable shoes, lightweight layers, airy scarves, crossbody bags, and versatile pieces that can take you from sunrise coffee to midnight packing. When you’re spending all day searching for one-of-a-kind European antiques and vintage finds, comfort is essential, but embracing a little French-inspired style makes it even more fun.
