❤️+ Lore update ✨
This summer has brought relocation, new thrift + folklore, the beginnings of new community, a mystery illness that slowed me down, job expansion, and an arguably irresponsible deep dive into Zelda and Gill Tarot 🎐
My new studio space is small, but almost functional in our new place, which means it’s time to talk about what’s next for H+L!
My life is asking me to shift away from doing quite as many markets as I have in the past. If you’re in market life, you know: they are so much fun and also SO. MUCH. WORK. I’m planning to focus on 1–2 special markets a year, and I’ve applied to a few holiday shows around PDX. Stay tuned 👀
In the meantime, H+L is finding some new little corners of the PNW. I’ve started selling folklore trinkets + jewelry at Reverie & Rosemary, AND I’ve been accepted for booth space at a Portland location, that one gets its own announcement soon 🖤
I’ve also been busy moving the collection of vintage + retro bakeware, OG Tupperware, and MCM oddities I’ve been curating. You can find the vintage hoard on Vinted at HeartandLore. Because apparently I cannot be trusted alone in a thrift store 🤷♀️
And lastly: the plan is to have the website alive again by October, just in time for holiday shopping. Moon water soaps, shimmer serum, gemstone studs, essential oil rollers, + one-of-a-kind art will all be making their return 🌙
