**RETURN POLICY**
1. We do not offer cash refunds unless the error is made by us.
2.Once you okay the product at pick up you have 1-3 business days to return the item for it to be exchanged for store credit.
*if a item is shipped to you we will cover return shipping fees.

**Wreath care and information**
1.All wreaths are customizable and i will work with you to make sure it is exactly what you want.
2.We offer mesh and grapevine wreaths
3.Our wreaths do ship with a 15 dollar flat rate charge
4.All wreaths has a 1-2 weeks turn around time, but if you are needing a last minute gift there we offer a rush option that is 15 dollars and it bumps you to the top of the list.
5.All wreaths are made for outdoors and sprayed with a uv protector but after continues weather hitting it my wreaths can fade.
**TUMBLER CARE AND INFORMATION**
1.All tumblers are made to be customized we offer plain color tumblers, glitter, and alcohol inked designs.
2.All tumblers are custom made unless and personalized, and they wont be able to resale so pre-pay will always be required before i start on the tumbler. {turn around starts the day payment is made not ordered}
3. All cups takes 1-2 weeks turn around time after payment but if you are needing a last minute gift there we offer a rush option that is 15 dollars and it bumps you to the top of the list (tumblers still takes 3 day turn around time.)
4.my tumblers are sealed with epoxy that takes 6-10 hours to cure in between each coat and 24 hours before they can have the final coat on them.

-a care card is included with every order I am not responsible for
replacement cups for not following the care cards.
6.All tumblers I sell is Hogg brand they are the same quality as the yeti cups
-I offer multiple style and sizes in tumblers
7.shipping is available with a 10 dollar flat rate fee.
-if you receive your tumbler with any shipping damages send us a
picture and we will remake your tumbler asap!
8.Please keep in mind these are hand made and will often be made beside a bunch of other cups so a speck of glitter, rough spot, a bump can not be avoided but I try my best to make sure it is.
9.Before a tumbler leaves my shop i send progress pictures especially if being mailed.
**If you are a influencer we offer a social media package that is only available to influencers that meets our guidelines.
