After 90 years of The Lea Co Fair & Rodeo, TD released in 2026 bucking bull of a blend that reminded him of his favorite fair food. THE FAJITAS.
Seared skirt steak or chicken breast & thighs over an open fire on a fresh warm tortilla with a dallop of guacamole & a lot of pico de gallo. Followed by a funnel cake.
In 10 days this sold out last year. This year the batch was increased & a presell is now available to those who cannot make it to Lea County for the Fair & Rodeo Fajitas.
The only thing more guaranteed than another sell out is your fajitas will be better than everyone who missed out on the Fair & Rodeo Fajita this year.
HOW TO ORDER
1) Pre Order for Local Pickup - place your order online, select “pickup” at checkout, swing by my booth at the Lea Co fair and grab your order beginning Friday 7/31 from 10am-10pm every day through Saturday 8/9 (closed Sunday & Monday).

I’m so excited!! My new sign is ready & it’s bad ass. 🤘🏼😎
5foot tall & 6foot wide & “I can’t pick it up” pounds.
Picked this bad boy up at Cardinal Machine in Eunice New Mexico. This is the biggest so far & 3rd sign they have custom made for me.
Stay tuned for the sign hanging video after we fabricate the mount.
