Since I haven't been producing gargoyles in awhile, I haven't participated in First Saturday Open Studios. However, this Saturday (6/27/26) Western Avenue Studios & Lofts is having a block party! In honor of the Lowell Kinetic Sculpture Race, I'm going to roll out one of my small kinetic racing machines.

Should I set it up as the A) Dragon Wagon or the 😎 Munsta' Madness hot rod?

The dedication and unveiling ceremony yesterday was wonderful!

It’s been a privilege and an honor to work with the fine stewards of the Lowell Cemetery, including the Board, the Director, the Superintendent and the grounds keepers. Thank you for your ongoing support throughout this project. A special thanks to Hudson Monuments for their exceptional work installing the Eternal Flame.

The Unveiling of my Eternal Flame commission will be part of the dedication for the new West Meadow section of the Lowell Cemetery. It's such an honor to have been commissioned. Having my work added to this beautifully landscaped space within such a magnificent and historic cemetery feels amazing.

Join us for the launch of Lowell at 200, the Bicentennial coloring book, at Colorful Lowell, a PLAYcation event featuring the Bookmobile, hand weaving, chalk, bubbles, and more!
The book features 19 Lowell practicing artists - members of the community who live, work, or study in Lowell. From streetscapes to a very special polar bear, the coloring book is for all ages and will be available for free throughout 2026. 🎨
This project was funded by the Lowell Cultural Council, an agent of Mass Cultural Council.

The past year has been a bit of a blur, between my personal life, and my professional career theres been many highs and lows. Life is dynamic in that way, and I'm blessed to have great opportunities and beautiful relationships on my journey. Anyway, I'm nearing the completion of a milestone, and you're invited to see the fruition of my labors. I am incredibly honored to have been commissioned by the Lowell Cemetery to create this monument as a cornerstone for the new West Meadow section of the Lowell Cemetery.
