It’s our 2 year anniversary! 🥳 Shop the sale just in time for summer pieces to add to your collection. All earrings are handmade, have titanium ear wire hooks, and on each photo we will add descriptions and pricing. Free shipping on all items! Good afternoon! Hope everyone is having a great Tuesday!😁👍🏻
I wanted to hop on here to take a moment to introduce ourselves, and tell you a little bit about our brand, name, and why we make our products the way they are.
My name is Elora, and my husband Nick began this small business about 2 years ago by making fishing lures for his own personal use from Revere Copper Inc. scraps that he purchased. He wanted to replicate Mepp’s style lures with a copper spinner piece, and when my mom saw them, she said they looked a lot like earrings and asked him to make her a pair! Soon after that, Nick was spending his limited free time making a variety of earrings out of beautiful pieces of patterned copper. He chooses to use other materials, like our titanium, hypoallergenic earring hooks, that are made in the USA, or sourced locally (enter the squirrel tail fur used in lure fly-tying😉). As an artistic person with some fashion, marketing, and sales background, I helped him turn his creative engineering into a small business. I’ve even become more involved with the earrings creation process as well, helping come up with new design ideas, and adding beads and semi-precious stones to elevate the copper in a beautiful way.
In this picture, I’m standing on our property in front of the beautiful creek we chose to name our brand after. Silver Creek Copper Craft is where we live and create products that people love to wear, or use while fishing in local lakes and rivers here in the North Country. We have immense pride in what we do here, and hope you enjoy our handmade products!
