Yesterday my Baby Lock Jazz II REALLY let me down😭. She 100% wanted nothing to do with my denim thread, and stitching this Dresden plate onto this chambray shirt. I was able to get the outside done on my Jazz, but gave up the ground on the inner circle. I decided to set my project aside until this morning until I could try out my Featherweight. Did it take me two hours to remember how to use it, and get the tension correct. Well…yeah, but once I got it correct. Fantastic! I can’t wait to share this upcoming 250th anniversary of our country drop with y’all. The children’s Vintage Americana drop will be ready this weekend, followed by adults, and juniors the weekend after that. Upcycled pieces will be dropping as pieces are completed!

Robert Earl Keen said, “it feels so good, feeling’ good again.” It feels so good to feel genuinely proud of how my booth looks for the first time since Christmas! We will have all of our spring pastels out by Wednesday! We’ve had a rough year at a lot of sickness in the family, and FFA projects, Children’s activities mean I’m just not going to be able to do pop-ups for at least another year and a half, and I’m still dealing with a catastrophic workshop flood. These are our planned drops at our booth inside and we hope you’ll continue to support us through life’s transitions. If you’re planning spring or graduation photos, Easter outfits, or just want to add something to your closet no one else has, and swing by our booth!

I managed to get four and a half hours completed on updating my booth today, in spite of the workshop flood. About to head to deal with that disaster, but first wanted to share how my booth is pinking up for spring. Pretty pastels, lightweight sweaters, wearing’ o’ the green for St Patrick’s Day. Before we know it, Easter will be here!
