Spicy Pepper Jelly:

I've had several people ask me for my recipe for Pepper Jelly. Here's my recipe and a picture of some I made.

I made this batch of pepper jelly using a combination of jalapeños and bell peppers! This batch of pepper jelly still has kick but, isn't quite as hot as the habanero pepper jelly I made in the past 🙂 Plus I used apple juice in this jelly and that gives it a nice fruity and slightly sweeter taste. I think this jelly is really pretty!

As of 6pm today, the Vendor Mall in which we are located has closed at 501 S Timberland and will reopen on Tuesday, Aug1 in Chestnut Village at 516 S Chestnut as All Things Vendor Mall. The Mall is located near Academy of Hair Design and Rose Cottage.
