1.) Avid 18 Rogue SC + Yamaha VF90 — a lively combination
In Yamaha’s June 10, 2026 performance test, the Avid 18 Rogue SC and Yamaha V MAX SHO VF90 reached 45 mph and accelerated from 0–20 mph in 4.81 seconds. Actual performance varies with load and conditions.

It demonstrates how responsive a properly matched aluminum boat-and-outboard package can be.

2.) Ranger Z518 — eight-foot rods have a home
The 18′10″ Ranger Z518 includes two eight-foot rod boxes while measuring approximately 21′7″ for storage with the engine down and swing-away trailer tongue open.
