The Folding Fanatic - recycling used books one fold at a time These art pieces are upcycled used books.

Each book page is marked with a pencil and ruler according to a pattern, the marks cut with scissors which makes tabs along the edge of each page, and finally every other tab folded over to create the design.

🎄 The 2026 Kris Kringle Christmas Market is completely FULL. No additional vendor spots are available at this time.

🎄 The Kris Kringle Christmas Market does NOT ask for or accept vendor payments online through a personal account, Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, Zelle, or any other payment app.

🎄 We will NEVER solicit vendors from a personal Facebook account.

🎄 If someone contacts you claiming to be part of the KKCM committee and asks you to send money or provide information, DO NOT RESPOND OR SEND PAYMENT.

Please only trust information and communications that come directly through our official Kris Kringle Christmas Market channels.

A bit about my process:

A pattern and book that it fits in are chosen.

I score every page edge that will get folded over to fill out the design.

I mark every page with a pencil and ruler.

I cut all the marks which creates tabs along the edges of the pages.

Finally I fold every other tab to create the image. Even tabs fold the design into the book and odd tabs pop the image out of the pages.
