If you're volunteering at your school's holiday shop, here's the whole shift in one post: what to set up, what to say, and how to handle the moments that come up every single year. Chairs, send this to your volunteers the night before so nobody has to sit through a training meeting. And to every volunteer reading this, the kids won't remember your name, but they'll remember the gift. Thank you.
