We are a Southern Heritage Store and have a passion for our Southern Heritage! Our goal is to educate anyone willing to learn the Truth about the War for Southern Independence. Being a Dixie Outfitter Franchise is our way of doing just that! We opened our Store in Manchester, Tennessee in 2007 and in 2010 and had the opportunity to move our store to the Historic Town of Lynchburg, located in Moore
County Tennessee. We enjoyed meeting new people and promoting Southern Heritage in a positive way! We encourage everyone to seek out the Truth about the "Flag" and what it TRULY represented to those who fought and died for what they believed in. We both love our Heritage, and respect the Heritage of others. We can only sum up our reasons for choosing this way of life, by sharing a Poem by Edward Ward Carmack (1858 - 1908) -
The South is a land that has known sorrow; it is a land that has broken the ashen crust and moistened it with tears; a land scarred and riven by the plowshare of war and billowed with the graves of her dead; but a land of legend, a land of song, a land of hallowed and heroic memories. This poem is on a marker at the Beech Grove Battlefield and Cemetery off I-24 exit 97. (yet another must see if you happen to be visiting the area)
