Our final day here at our Lynnwood location is Wednesday, September 15th. We will be staying open until 10pm that day to make sure we can say goodbye to as many of you as possible.

It has been a sad few couple days as we saw the FDA deny over 60,000 product PMTA's. We knew all along that this was a slow squeeze until they finally stomped on everyone.

Sad to see a generation of leadership running our country that prefers dollar signs over its citizens health and well being. Time and time again we have provided studies, research groups, science and even general common sense to the FDA as they requested. Instead of digging into this for the better of our country, they instead chose the wrong path once again.

From the bottom of my heart, my family and all of our amazing employees over the years..... Thank you for such an amazing experience serving you over the last nearly decade.

Seattle V***r Co, LLC will be closing permanently in September. Our last day will be September 15th 2021. We have built many amazing relationships with our community over the last 8 years and will miss you all. We appreciate all the love and support everyone has shown and wish you all the best!

Due to constant overreach by both the FDA and Washington State we are not able to continue running business as we usually have. Washington State continues to impose ridiculous taxes and laws while the FDA continues to make us jump through hoops with no end in sight. As the PMTA process moves into the next phase, we will be required to do testing which could be a multi million dollar process with no guarantee of our products getting through!

This was not an easy decision to make and definitely not the direction we ever wanted to see the industry move. We started this business with one thing in mind, get as many people as possible in our communities to quit smoking ci******es. Over the years we have converted thousands of smokers and see that as a significant impact on both our local communities as well as the communities we serve all over the globe. We sincerely thank you for being a part of our SVC family and wish you all the best! V**e on!

We thank you all for your continued support over the last 8 years.

Due to the overwhelming costs associated with manufacturing Eliquid and no guarantees these products will be accepted we have decided to close our online shops.

🚨 Attention Washington State 🚨

HB 1932, which would ban the sale of flavored v***r products, is active again in the Washington Legislature. While the bulk of this bill attempts to address proper waste management of used v***r products, Section 15 would make Governor Inslee’s flavor ban permanent.

As of February 7th, Pre filled pods are not allowed to be sold anywhere in the USA. The President has passed this law which will take effect next month. Stay informed!
