If you have not yet followed the page for the new Lyons Visitor & Community Experience Committee (LVCX), please be sure to check them out and follow along! This is the committee that has formed from the Trail Town Certification Steering Committee and the people behind the recently added yet temporary Lock 27 Canal Trail Pocket Park, new Visitor Maps, your boater information cards, and the new Lyons Welcome Center. They are working towards Lyons Trail Town certification and will be the committee coordinating the Canalway Greeters, the annual Canal Clean Sweep as well as other projects that will enhance the overall experience for visitors and residents alike! A big step in the right direction! Be sure to follow along, they have several new developments coming up!
