150 year old slabs don’t just grow on trees…well they are trees but you get what we mean 🙃 We had such a blast building this coffee table! A big thank you to our customer for being patient and giving us the chance to find the perfect slab! One thing as makers, we love to support other local makers and rockstars like . This table base is wicked awesome so thank you for all the hard work and help making this table complete! 🤘😎

Since our longest cutter for the Carbide 3D Shapeoko XXL is only 3/4", we finished the cut with our Bosch Professional Power Tools and Accessories jigsaw and a spiral flush
trim bit along with our Makita USA router. The
RZ Mask was clutch with all the dust and shavings

Sure we have circle cutting jigs, but watching the Carbide 3D Shapeoko XXL is way more entertaining. We used a 1/4" down cut bit from Toolstoday Router Bits and Saw Blades that gave a tear out free bottom edge that we will round over later.

👀 Look at .andmrs.woodshop special blend of Blackdiamondpigments that we are calling Blue Steel. MAS Epoxies sure, we've tried some other epoxies but we keep coming back to y'all. It's definitely the most low maintenance epoxy and best cure rate we've used so thanks for y'all's awesome line up of products!

Time to max out our Carbide 3D Shapeoko XXL with this 150 year old slab of walnut! 🙃 Fortunately a 1.5” flattening bit from Toolstoday Router Bits and Saw Blades made pretty quick work of it. As usual, MAS Epoxies continues to impress with a perfect cure along with special mixture of Blackdiamondpigments to make what we are calling Blue Steel 😎
