I just scored an absolute time capsule toy buy—including two ultra-rare 1983 Advanced Dungeons & Dragons mail-order 3-packs AND a rare 1985 GI Joe mail-order set! All of them are still sealed in their original JCPenney bags with the vintage price tags intact. 📦🔥

Anyone out there know about this vintage GI Joe piece I got in a collection yesterday? I believe it is a mail order 3 pack of cobra troops from a JC Penney’s Christmas catalog. Has a Penney’s price tag. Maybe they were selling overstock in stores too? Thoughts?
