This is a view from the Indiana Dunes of a sunset over Chicago. The best way to view a city is from afar in my opinion.

This is a recent commission painting I did a few weeks back.
I particularly enjoyed this one as this is Sylvan Lake in South Dakota. We hiked all around this lake and in the near by Black Hills.
Although the water was ice cold we took a little swim after a very long hike through the Hills on a hot day. So this one is keeping a recent memory fresh in my mind.
