We are trying to get a feel of what our patrons are thinking about traveling for this memorial weekend.

Will you be staying at home and cooking out with their families?

Will you head north to your cottage and go boating and enjoy the outdoors?

If you do head north, would you go to your favorite tourist shop for fudge, caramel corn and sweatshirts?

We are going to be open Saturday, Sunday and Monday at our highway store(I 75 Plaza). Only. 10 - 5 daily. Curbside only. Cash or credit.

We advise everyone to wear a mask as they approach the sales area. Also, we are implementing all the CDC guidelines. Such as, masks and gloves for workers, shield at check out counter, hand sanitizer and social distance of 6 feet or more.

This is a very difficult time we all are going through.

The staff here at The Fort Gift Shop and Candy Kitchen, The I -75 Plaza and The Bargain Barn would like to thank all of its customers this year. It was a very busy summer to say the least.

We are planning ahead for next year already. We found many new items on our buying trip to Gatlinburg TN in November 2019.

Thank you everyone who posted on our page. 2017 was the best season overall. Well it's winter here for sure. Zero and teens for temps. Snow and wind.
Mackinaw City has winter festival this weekend. We are open only Saturday and Sunday 10 to 5. We have fresh caramel corn and fudge throughout the winter.

Our other store ( I 75 Plaza) next to the shell station, is open 7 days 9 to 5.
