Timeless Treasure Thrift Store is operated by the nonprofit Macon County Sheltered Workshop known as Macon Diversified Industries, Inc. CASH OR CARDS! NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES! ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Donations of goods are reviewed by management, and only those items with a determined resale value for the thrift store will be accepted. Items not sold will enter the Sheltered Workshop's Recycle Center

and be processed for their value in recycling. Charitable Claim Tax Receipts for your donation can only be made by management; must be received in person; and only during regular business hours. After hour donations can be placed in the storage shed on the MDI property and should be placed out of the weather, if possible, to maintain their reuse value. No Charitable Claim Tax Form can be issued for items left after hours. If you need MDI to pick up your items this will only be done with a prior plan made by management and a small fuel fee shall be charged. There is no guarantee that MDI will offer you this service. Our store inventory changes daily, so come see us often and know that you are helping to provide meaningful employment opportunities for the disabled workforce in Macon County and the surrounding areas.

We truly appreciate all of the generous donations we receive and are grateful for the support of our community.

However, we are unable to accept donations that are non-recyclable or non-resalable. As a recycling center, we are not a trash disposal company, and we are required to pay disposal fees for materials that we cannot recycle or resell.

We kindly ask that you please consider whether donated items are recyclable or resalable before bringing them to us. This helps us reduce disposal cost and allows us to continue serving our community.
