We edited the video down, but you could tell our buddy here was just having "one of those days"😮‍💨 and unfortunately his dispensing technique didn't help.

We suggest customers to wait for the ice to drop then pull the handle so it all comes out as a solid drop. Also extensive research has shown that when the cooler is placed directly under the chute, it falls in your cooler. 🤯

Not all heros wear capes! Our friend in the blue tapped his card exactly 60 seconds before this (we have the receipts, trust us). We know time moves very slow when we have to wait on something as awesome as our big ol bags of ice.

Unfortunately he didn't wait for the card reader to talk to the data people who then had to talk to his bank who then had to respond to the card processor that then tells our card reader they have a little jingle in the account. (This wild magical process takes about 5-6 seconds).

Instead of selecting the bag button again, our friend was saved by the Orange Shirt Angel who showed him how the mystical bag button worked.

Come see us for your ice this weekend, wait a few seconds if you're using a card, and tap the button again if the machine doesn't start making noise, we promise it won't double charge you like that Vegas bottle Girl.
