Verrrrry excited for our new weekly class to start in September— Ground & Gather— Tai Chi & Mindful Yoga 🌿

Many people, especially young moms around my age, talk about the lack of "community". And while there's deep validation for that, I also believe there's a community out there waiting for you to be part of it.

My yoga community has been one of my strongest supporters.
Some have been my teachers.
Some have been my students.
Some have been there since I began my yoga journey.
Some have watched me enter motherhood.
Some have held space for me when I've taught a class with tears in my eyes.
Some have became my mentors.
Some have lost time with me for two hours as we talked about everything under the sun.

And that's why I'm so thankful to have this weekly community class in the studio!

A couple of weeks ago our friend Jody stopped into Hope and Faith and did something we hadn't seen before. She paired our Raspberry Sorbetto with our Torta Lemon Gelato.

Our first thought? "That is gorgeous!"
