This may be my favorite time of year on Facebook! I LOVE seeing everyone’s kiddos first day of school pictures. ❤️

I’m incorporating this into my August giveaway in my VIP group with PaperPie. One person who participates will be entered to win a special back to school book bundle! (Must be submitted on the pinned post in Karen’s Literacy Cultivators VIP Group)

I’ll be running this giveaway through the first week of September (to hopefully catch any of those late starters), last date to submit an entry will be on September 10th. If you don’t have a “back to school” photo (baby/ child isn’t in school yet, homeschooling, have fur babies,etc) just take a mock back to school photo to submit! Have fun with it! Also, if you don’t share your kids face on Facebook, I completely understand you can still submit a cropped or edited photo to receive an entry. Must have 10 participants to draw prize winner!**

It’s that time of year again! Calling all parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles... anyone with young friends in their lives!

School will be ending soon, and we’re heading into summer vacation! Do you worry about the “summer slump" (did you know kids can lose up to 2 months of reading skills over the summer)?
