Hi! I’m Christina — a maker, painter, and all-around craft lover. I am an optometrist by trade, but an artist at heart. Thanks for following my art journey!

Come find me this Saturday! There will be vendors, food trucks, and even Chris Kringle himself for family photos. I'm ready for some Christmas spirit and excited to offer some new Nativity ornaments!

Funnily enough, this popped up as a memory from three years ago. A lot has changed! Back then, I used Sharpie to make my lines and I didn't consider leaving gaps to make the figures more cohesive. I now choose my pigments based on what would cause a grainy effect (granulation) instead of just choosing a pigment for the color. Overall, I still love it but it's fun seeing progress!

Eric and I celebrated our anniversary a couple of weeks ago. After a delicious dinner, we walked through our regular stomping grounds - Home Goods. Eric took one look at this frame and said "you need to paint a Nativity to go in there". Well folks, he was right. I thought I was painting this to sell at an upcoming Christmas market, but once I framed it, I knew I had to keep it. But fear not! It will still be available as a magnetic bookmark as well as an ornament!

Painting with E always fills my heart! And I love that she pulled out her watercolor set all on her own this evening.

I'm sad to take these down, but the dinos had nearly six months of being on display at the Madison Public Library. These last two will be coming down later today. It's the last of an era... a Jurassic Era!

Big thanks to Madison Public Library for giving me the opportunity for such a big display! Can't wait to work with you more in the future!

🚨New product alert 🚨
Magnetic bookmarks featuring my original watercolors! Because why not create a new product from start to finish three days before a craft fair? I spent some time today creating stickers for the card backing inserts - all in the name of packaging! Come by and purchase one at the Moonlight Market tomorrow!

Come see my booth THIS FRIDAY for the last Moonlight Market of the season! I have some new, spooky Halloween paintings. And of course plenty of prints (some framed), notecards, and desk calendars!

IT'S OFFICIALLY FALL!!! No better way to spend a morning than with some painting!

I couldn't be happier to be a new vendor at Blue Apple Books! Robin is an incredible person and huge supporter of all things local. Just today, I saw them preparing books to take for a release party at an elementary school soon. If you have never been, stop by and shop their books, home decor, and now, some of my handmade products! They are carrying my 2027 Calendars, Halloween notecards, seasonal window ornaments, and earrings - all featuring my original artwork. Oh, and if you're an audiobook person like me- you can set up a Libro.fm account that helps support the store. I am so thrilled for this opportunity!
