We ask how much time do we have to inventory what is available to sell, research the best prices for your inventory, set a sale date, pre sell special items, list the inventory on our website, take photos of the inventory, set an advertising schedule, prepare signage, price all the inventory and organize everything for an in person downsizing sale.
If need 2 available non-holiday weekends, 2 weeks of access prior to the first weekend and a very definite list of what is available in order for us to help you, effectively, efficiently and with the greatest success.

Never underestimate the importance of downsizing continuously throughout your life. It’s really important that when you decide to make a new purchase that you gift, recycle, or salvage your original. If you really need to keep the original for sentimental reasons, then gift it to someone you know so that you can visit the treasure in it’s new home. Most importantly, let’s try to keep our treasures out of the landfill.
