1. Email order requests to [email protected]. Following receipt of your order, you will be contacted to confirm design concept, colors, sizes, need date, etc… Next, you will receive an email to approve your requested design with all pertinent information and a price quote will be provided at this tim

2. Once you have approved the design, you will receive an invoice via Paypal. Payment will be due upon receipt. Orders will NOT be started until payment is received.
3. Upon shipment of your order, you will receive an email containing the shipment tracking number. All orders are generally shipped via USPS or UPS.
4. After receipt of your order, you will receive a customer satisfaction survey, which will assist Klassy Kreole Designs to better serve you in the future.
5. All sales are final, except for incorrect or damaged merchandise.
