The SUMMER SATURDAY CAJUN SHRIMP BOIL is back again this Saturday 4-7! Everyone loved it so much last Saturday that we sold out by 6 o’clock so this week we’re making even more in an attempt to keep up with the demand!
You can preorder this item AND we will have a limited supply of lobster tails, crab legs and crab cakes that you can add to your boil for an additional cost!!!! We recommend if you plan on adding on that you definitely preorder to ensure you don’t miss out!!!

Oh my heart! Look what Shelly Murphy Smith’s class made for me as a Thank You for ice cream on their surprise field trip organized by what the kids tell me is “the best teacher ever”! I’m honored to have been a part of their day!!! It was so fun surprising them!!! 💛💛💛
Check out the card and poster! They turned Lydia Middleton Elementary School into Swiss Cheese just for me!!!!! 🫠

To truly give you a Sabrett Pushcart Style Foot Long Hot Dog we MUST serve “Onions in Sauce” also known as “Hot Onions”! It’s an iconic, sweet-and-savory tomato-based red onion topping famously served at New York street carts. This jam like topping is specifically formulated to enhance franks, sausages, and burgers.
I have NO CLUE what this stuff is suppose to taste like but I whipped up a batch according to recipe plus one (odd) secret Sabrett ingredient that they insist is a must add for a real Sabrett push cart experience!

Their "all-the-way" hot dog features three classic components:
Onions in Sauce • Spicy Brown Mustard • Sauerkraut
Who’s brave enough to try one?!

Just a quick update: I’m still recovering from my burns but it looks like I’m finally headed in the right direction! Unfortunately, this one is going to take some time to heal! 😕
My lack of productivity means we won’t have meatloaf on WEDNESDAY! My apologies. We will have it Thursday and the rest of the week! The BEST NEWS is, that behind the scenes during this ordeal, I’ve been teaching my recipes and the method to my madness to our new prep person!!! YES, it took a serious injury for me to relinquish control but she’s doing an AMAZING job and taking a ton of weight off mine and Ryan’s shoulders!!!
We are very blessed to have Tonya as part of our crew! Going forward she will make sure you get all the meatloaf your heart desires!!!
