WE'RE BACK!!!
The Samaritan Center is back to regular hours. We are open for shopping and food distribution. Hours are:
Monday and Thursday 10:00-2:00
Saturday 10:00-12:00
We will be having a bake sale on October 16. After shopping for delicious baked goods you can stroll further down Main St. and view the car show and the quilt exhibition. Fun times in Magdalena!

Community support from the Magdalena Samaritan Center

Due to the health risks to our volunteers and clients caused by the virus, the Magdalena Samaritan Center is going to be closed except for Thursday's 10:00 am -12:00 pm to distribute food. The thrift shop will be closed and we are not accepting any donations until further notice.

Residents of the 87825 zip code area that are experiencing financial difficulty at this time, may qualify for weekly food bags from the Magdalena Samaritan Center. To register, call 505-220-5981. If you don’t have access to a phone, someone will take your information at the distribution. Food will be distributed every Thursday 10:00am-12:00pm at 102 S. Main St. We are using a drive thru delivery system that enforces the 6 foot distancing rule.

We have received a few large donations of children’s clothes. So we are having a sale. Free!! Until February 8th.

Due to a shortage of volunteers the Magdalena Samaritan Center will be reducing its hours. Beginning this Thursday, October 10th, they will be open from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm on Mondays and Thursdays. Saturday hours will remain the same, 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. If you have been considering volunteering now would be the time.

Home Baked Comfort in the Community!
Our second bake sale of the year is Saturday, May 4th. Come by for some delightful treats. Proceeds from our bake sales go towards purchasing food for our food pantry.
This weekend is also the Magdalena Art tour. Magdalena is filled with amazing artists, come take a look.
