Hey y’all! Happy first day of school if you’re local. With the new school year comes a schedule change for the shop. Monday Funday will now be regular hours, but still just as fun! Through October, our hours will be:
Monday-Friday 11-4, Saturday 2-7. See you soon!

Hey y’all! Today is our very first varsity soccer game! Can’t miss it, so we’ll close at 4. I realize that only leaves a couple of hours for shopping and fun, but it’s an ‘away’ game, so we have to travel. With school starting back up, our schedule may look a little different. Stay tuned! Got a favorite school? I'm a Seminole fan, and my kids go to Jonathan Valley Elementary(Blue & Black) and Tuscola High(Gold and Black). Our school spirit pom-pom block pillows are awesome!!

Join me TODAY for Monday Funday! A different month brings a new project, so grab a t-shirt from a favorite event, place, concert, whatever! Get to the shop between 2 and 6, and you'll leave with a new 18" pillow made from your T-shirt. Memories you can see every day! This is a great starter project for anyone interested in making t-shirt quilts. We'll prep your t-shirt for use in quilting!

**Note** Your t-shirt will be destroyed, and there will be no going back. You will never wear the shirt in its original form ever again. But it'll be fun!

$25 for 18" pillow, materials, zippers, and instructions!

Hey y'all! It's almost time for Back-to-School, so let's show some team spirit! Join our Beginners' Pom-Pom Spirit class! Whether you cheer for a local high school or an obscure college far away, we can coordinate school colors with ease. When we put them together then rotate a few, we come up with some pretty cool geometric patterns. Check it out! Classes are on the calendar during August and September at antlervalleyquilts.com. I was so happy to host Miss Maggie for Monday Funday!!! (On a Sunday…) She made the Maggie’s Hemingway Pouch as a total beginner! She took a practice run on the sewing machine, then tackled zippers and French seams, leading to a great finished product!!

Join us for Monday Funday! No experience is necessary. Buy a kit, and learn to make it! It’s more fun with friends, so grab your mom, your neighbor, your coworker, or your bestie, and get to Antler Valley for Monday Funday! We start at 2, and as long as you’re here by 6, you’ve got plenty of time for fun!
