Nationwide Constitutional Carry

I completely support nationwide constitutional carry. We could turn this into something positive by following the example set by Finland.
They are opening 300 new gun ranges nationwide to prepare not only their military, given the level of unrest in the world today, but also to prepare civilians to defend their country. Rather than build new gun ranges what my suggestion for the US is to have local law enforcement start programs where citizens can register and use the same gun ranges law enforcement uses. If they had police officers on hand as instructors this would allow civilians to work directly with law enforcement. This could also strengthen relations between law enforcement and civilians. It would also unite US citizens in a common cause while at the same time becoming responsible, safe and proficient gun owners. Possibly a program with the National Guard also.

Today, the House passed House Bill 134 by a vote of 72-44. The bill expands the ability of citizens to defend themselves and their loved ones while attending religious worship. This is similar to the Senate Bill 43 that the Senate recently passed.
