🛑FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS AT THE PAWN SHOP! 🛑
We get a lot of the same questions every day, so we thought we’d answer a few of them here! 👇
✖️What are your hours?
Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM–6:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM–4:00 PM
Sunday: CLOSED
✖️How long does a background check take?
They can take anywhere from 5–30 minutes. If you’re planning to pick up a firearm in the evening, we recommend arriving by 5:30 PM to allow enough time for the background check.
✖️Can you tell me why my background check was delayed?
Unfortunately, no. We aren’t given the reason for a delay. If your background check is delayed, you’ll need to contact the appropriate agency to check on the status yourself.
✖️Can someone else pick up my pawn?
No. You have to pick up your own pawn. However, someone else can make a payment or renew your pawn for you.
✖️Can you give me a price over the phone?
Usually, no. We prefer to see the item in person before giving a price. We need to inspect the condition, model number, accessories, and overall value before making an offer.
✖️Can I make a payment over the phone?
We cannot take payments over the phone, but we do have an app that allows you to make your payment online! 🙌
