This baby boy was so excited to see his Zookeeperz and it made me so very happy! I think they’re going to be buddies for a long time! A lot of parents are telling me that even though they’re using Zookeeperz as it’s intended, their children love to hold Zookeeperz as a plush toy as well. That’s great to know because my favorite toy growing up was a plush teddy bear from my Dad. Zookeeperz continue to make so many babies and toddlers smile!

I always found myself surrounded by children. My jobs during college were as a camp counselor, a children’s party hostess, and a summer nanny. I went to college to be an elementary teacher and Reading Specialist. I was fortunate enough to teach for 16 years. There was nothing better than waking up and knowing my job was to entertain, teach, guide, and console children. No matter what was going on in my life I knew when I got to work my frown would turn upside down being surrounded by kids. I knew I was so important to my students and it made me feel good. Years would pass and they’d come visit me as they’d venture off to college or right before starting a new job to let me know how they were doing. It made me feel as if not only they healed my soul, but I healed theirs as well.

It’s so important to support others around you and celebrate their accomplishments! I think it would be sad to be egocentric and then when it’s time to celebrate an accomplishment you’re all alone. There were a few times, or should I say many times, through our journey with Zookeeperz that we thought we should just let the idea go. We invented something and earned a patent and figured that would be good enough. That’s an accomplishment in itself! Inventing and patenting and manufacturing costs money and we realized that we could risk losing our hard earned money. As time passed we grew more and more dedicated into making Zookeeperz a reality because we knew it was something we needed as new parents and we knew how helpful it could be if it was actually on the market. Now that Zookeeperz is finally here we are glad to not have given up and not regret what could have been. We may not have been able to use Zookeeperz ourselves with our own children, but seeing families benefit from it makes the journey well worth it!

Anyone who knew my Mammy was considered blessed! My Mammy was loving, caring, and empathetic. She had THE BEST sense of humor and we were guaranteed endless laughs when we were around her. My Mammy always prayed for our entire family so that we’d have a successful, happy, and positive life. Although my Mammy is in Heaven now, I know she is still praying for me and hoping Zookeeperz will be successful. Mammy is my guardian angel and I know she is smiling down on me.

Zookeeperz can be secured to a stroller using the clamp in the mouth, the Velcro straps at the end of the feet, or the suction cup under the chin. Then attach up to five toys so they are within reach and won’t fall on the ground.
