A shelf with a story...

If ‘I’m staying home tonight’ had its own shelf… 🕯️

We pulled together a few things for an evening with nowhere to be.

What would you add: a movie, music, or complete silence?

We are open Monday, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 2pm-6pm and Fridays and Saturdays 12pm-6pm. We are located at 3029 Main Street in Manchester.

🍂 A Season of Light: — Come Back to Yourself 🍂

As the days grow shorter and the holiday season begins to approach, it's easy to get caught up in everything we need to do for everyone else.

But what if, this year, you made space for yourself, too?

✨ A few quiet moments.
✨ A chance to release what you've been carrying.
✨ Time to reconnect with the peace that already lives within you.

Reiki offers a gentle opportunity to slow down, restore balance, and give yourself permission to simply be.

You deserve care just as much as the people you care for. 💚

Let this be your reminder to enter the holiday season with intention, not exhaustion. Visit our website (link in bio) and schedule your session today!

Five minutes to yourself. What sounds good?

🌿 Step outside.
📵 Put your phone out of reach.
🎶 Play one song you love.
📝 Write down what’s taking up space in your head.
☕ Finish your drink while it’s still warm.

Choose one. Let that be enough for today.

We are open Monday, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 2pm-6pm and Fridays and Saturdays 12pm-6pm. We are located at 3029 Main Street in Manchester.

Don’t forget to check out our website!

What would you put in the bag?

You’re making a little ‘thinking of you’ gift for a friend.

They’ve had a long week, love cozy evenings, and insist they ‘don’t need anything.

What are you putting in their bag? 💛

We are open Monday, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 2pm-6pm and Fridays and Saturdays 12pm-6pm. We are located at 3029 Main Street in Manchester.

✨ A little shop favorite from me!

If you know me, you know I love oracle cards! Pulling a card is one of my favorite ways to pause, reflect, and set an intention. Sometimes the message gives me something to think about, and sometimes it’s a reminder I didn’t realize I needed. 💛

I’m sharing a little of that love with these oracle cards we have for sale at Love Yourself First Shop. Next time you visit, take a look—you might find a deck that speaks to you!

Do you use oracle cards, or are you curious about trying them? Tell me below! 👇

We are open Monday, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 2pm-6pm and Fridays and Saturdays 12pm-6pm. We are located at 3029 Main Street in Manchester.

💧✨ Let Yourself Flow ✨💧

Have you ever watched a waterfall and noticed how effortlessly the water moves? It doesn't force its way forward or hold on to what has already passed. It simply flows. 🌿

Sometimes, we need that same reminder. Reiki offers a space to slow down, release what feels heavy, reconnect with your inner peace, and allow your energy to find its natural rhythm again.

You don't have to have everything figured out. You don't have to carry it all. Sometimes, you just need a moment to breathe, receive, and let go. 💜

✨ Ready to make space for more balance, peace, and flow in your life? I'd love to hold that space for you. Visit our website (link in bio) and book your Reiki session today!
