Loon Chocolate bars are now GFCO Certified Gluten-Free.

Every bar we make in our Manchester kitchen is third-party certified — our plant is independently audited, every ingredient reviewed, and our chocolate tested well below the FDA's threshold for a gluten-free label.

We are excited to join just the few craft bean-to-bar chocolate makers around the country who can say that.

You'll start seeing the GFCO mark on the back of our packaging over the next couple of months as we roll over to new wrappers. Every bar from our Manchester kitchen is covered either way.

So for anyone with Celiac disease or a gluten sensitivity: go ahead and enjoy Loon Chocolate!!

🖤 Say hello to our darkest bar yet - 82% Peru 🇵🇪 We started with single-origin Peruvian cacao and turned it into the darkest chocolate Loon has ever made!

In fact, it is so dark that processing this bar is extremely hard and so we are only able to produce a small amount at any given time.

But with a bar this good, we just have to get it out somehow...so we have decided to make it an online exclusive and we can't promise it will always be in stock....so order yours today before we run out!
