☁️ Earl Grey London Fog 🍵

There’s nothing quite like wrapping your hands around a warm London Fog. Fragrant Earl Grey tea, creamy steamed milk, a touch of vanilla, and just the right hint of sweetness come together in this cozy café favorite—perfect for slow mornings or peaceful afternoon breaks.

Instructions:
1. Brew the tea: Steep 1 Earl Grey tea bag (or 2 tsp loose leaf tea) in ¾ cup hot water for 3–5 minutes. Remove the tea bag or strain the leaves.
2. Sweeten: Stir in the maple syrup and vanilla extract while the tea is still hot.
3. Steam & froth: Heat the milk until steaming, then froth using a milk frother, French press, or whisk.
4. Assemble: Pour the steamed milk into the brewed tea, then gently spoon the foam over the top.
5. Garnish (optional): Sprinkle with a pinch of loose Earl Grey tea, dried lavender, or a dusting of vanilla bean powder for an elegant finish.
