After much prayer and consideration, we've made the difficult decision to offer our business for sale due to changing life priorities and health challenges. This has been a wonderful business for our family, and we're hopeful it will be a blessing to someone who is excited to continue building on what has already been established.
The business includes a substantial inventory of quality quilting fabrics, an established website, and most of the equipment and supplies needed to begin operating immediately. From the tools used to process and ship orders to the day-to-day essentials of running the business, much of what you'll need is already in place. We also have relationships with several well-known fabric manufacturers and distributors and would be happy to provide the information needed to help make that transition as smooth as possible. While every new owner will have the opportunity to shape the business according to their own vision, we've learned a great deal over the past few years and would gladly share that knowledge with the right buyer.
Because the business is still operating, many of the details—such as inventory levels, financial information, pricing, and day-to-day operations—are continually changing. Rather than trying to explain everything through email, we have found that an in-person visit or phone conversation is the best way to answer questions and provide an accurate picture of the opportunity.
We would be happy to schedule a time for you to visit, see the inventory, discuss how the business operates, and answer any questions you may have. We believe that seeing everything firsthand gives the best understanding of what is being offered.
